Copenhagen-based camera rental experts OnlyRental.dk have made a lot of internal upgrades to elevate their business, and the visual makeover was the cherry on top.

We offered them a refined, contemporary identity based on an architectural asset of a bold logotype. The blockish logo was carved out of weighty slabs, with diagonal slits cutting some dynamic into otherwise static, brutalist letters. As it had to be easily adaptable into sticker designs, we played with dimensions to make it stand out and take up a lot of space on the rented equipment.

The functional geometry of the logo brings to mind the technical aspects of photography and a brick-like shape of a traditional camera. We introduced more photography references with grainy analog texture, that laid over the greys and velvety black tones softens the overall starkness and offers a departure from black & white simplicity.

With the web design, we wanted to give the brand a professional canvas for displaying their inventory, the final result being a reliable, top shelf identity that reflects their expertise in the field
