'Mens Solen Brænder' is a joint music production/play by Sort/Hvid, Songbirds and the theatre group AKT1. The play is a poetic lamentation of an ongoing collapse; it examines the thoughts surrounding our dying planet. Also, it showcases the love between a mother and her son — and a generational gap in the response to the approaching apocalypse. As 'Mens Solen Brænder' is a joint contribution from several authors, we wanted it to permeate the layout with bold colours, contrasting fonts and poetic halftone pictures as the unifying element.
