We designed the visual identity for RMC Afgangsfestival 2026, Copenhagen's largest festival for emerging music and sound art. Over two weeks each June, the festival takes over Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium on Holmen with more than 50 free concerts and events spanning from pop, jazz and rock to metal, electronica and avant-garde.


The identity was applied across posters, banners, flyers, social media and other festival materials, with posters appearing all over the city of Copenhagen.


The visual language is built around a simple pink-and-white colour palette and typography using Kimera’s sans serif, Waldenburg, paired with a more organic script inspired by the treble clef. The contrast between the sophisticated sans serif and the expressive script feels both precise and untamed, much like music itself.
