Editorial publication for the Indian cookbook Dhaba Walla, published by Lindhardt & Ringhof.  

Dhaba Kitchen founder, Safi came to Denmark in 2001 and has since his childhood during the Afghan war times been deeply fascinated by the glamorous Indian Bollywood and the Indian food in particular. Especially Mumbai's small unpretentious eateries, Dhaba Wallas, reflected in the name of the cooking book.

We worked closely with Safi to ideate his vision for bringing these food traditions and rich, Indian culture into the kitchens and lives of the Danish people. In this book, you are introduced to a line of popular Indian dishes, presented in a combination of Nordic simplicity and the colors and charm of the Bollywood scene.
